Cancellations

Viewers are able to cancel their own DSN+ subscriptions at any time. There are different ways to cancel depending on how you signed up.

If you signed up through our website, including by scanning a QR code through TV streaming devices like Roku, Fire Stick, or Apple TV, you will be able to self-cancel by . Once logged in, use the left side menu, click "Subscriptions," then "Cancel subscription." After you have successfully canceled your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address associated with your account.

If you signed up through the Delmarva Sports Network mobile app through or on a phone or tablet, you'll need to cancel through your device's settings.
For Apple, open the settings app, tap your Apple ID/name at the top, select "subscriptions," and find and tap on Delmarva Sports Network. Here you can cancel your subscription.
For Google, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon (often in the top right corner), select "payments and subscriptions," select "subscriptions," and find and tap on Delmarva Sports Network. Here you can cancel your subscription. Cancellation confirmation notices for app subscribers will come through your app store.

After cancellation, a subscription will remain active for the remainder of the paid month and cancel at the beginning of the next billing period. Pro-rates and refunds will not be processed.
